This site is operated by Dylan Meyer, publishing under the brand Think Twice Studios. The BuildaVan content series lives at thinktwicestudios.com.

We document a real campervan conversion — engineering decisions, build stories, and product choices — for a family of four converting a 2022 Ford Transit. The site is monetized through display advertising (Google AdSense) and affiliate links (Amazon Associates and others).

We do not run our own analytics or collect personal information directly. We do not have an email list or a login system. The data collected on this site comes from third-party services embedded in the pages:

• Google AdSense — serves display ads. Uses cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history. This is the primary source of data collection on this site.
• Amazon Associates — when you click an affiliate link and visit Amazon, Amazon's own privacy policy and cookie system applies.
• YouTube — on story pages that embed a YouTube video, YouTube may set cookies when the embed loads.
• Hosting logs — our hosting provider (Hostinger) records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp. These are retained per Hostinger's standard data retention policy and are not used for tracking.
